Revixol is a food supplement, not a medicine. All product descriptions and health-related statements on this website are either EFSA-authorised structure/function claims for named nutrients or traditional herbal use statements. They are not medical claims and do not imply that Revixol will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule per day. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

5. Orders and contract of sale

When you submit an order via our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product on these terms. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity).

Prices are shown in GBP (£) inclusive of VAT where applicable. Free UK standard delivery is included on all orders. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Consumer rights - right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. This right is conferred by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us unambiguously by email to info@vibrantvibeclean.world before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods to us promptly, and in any event no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or evidence of dispatch.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, unless the goods are defective.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brookline Nutrition Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from use of this website or our products.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity.
• Any damage caused by reliance on information provided on this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or our products shall not exceed the price paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
